Start With Your Burner Count
The single biggest factor in sizing an LPG vaporizer is how many burners (and what kind of equipment) you're running at peak time — not just your restaurant's overall size. A small café running 1–2 burners has very different demand from a hotel banquet kitchen running six or more.
Capacity Guide
As a starting point: 10 KG/H suits a small restaurant or café with 1–2 burners. 20–25 KG/H suits a small to medium restaurant with 2–5 burners. 30–40 KG/H suits a medium-large to large restaurant with 4–7 burners. 50 KG/H suits a hotel or banquet hall running multiple burners plus a tandoor. 100–200 KG/H suits factories, commercial kitchens, and large industrial operations.
Don't Guess — Consult
Undersizing leads to weak flames during your busiest hours; oversizing wastes money upfront. WhatsApp your burner count and typical peak-hour load to 03214022047 and we'll recommend the exact capacity for your restaurant, hotel, or factory — free of charge.
Cylinders Needed
Most vaporizer capacities pair with one or two 45KG LPG cylinders, connected through a manifold system for automatic switchover so gas supply never interrupts service.
